Dr. Lipika Sahoo

Dr. Lipika Sahoo is the Founder & CEO of “Lifeintelect Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.” She is a registered Indian Patent Agent & has 16 years of experience in academia and industry in the areas of technology, innovation & intellectual property. She holds a Ph.D degree in Molecular Virology from Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore. She also holds triple masters; a Master of Science from Sambalpur University, Odisha; a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights Law from National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore; a Post Graduate Certification in Business Management from Xavier Institute of management (XIMB), Bhubaneswar; and also Advanced certifications from World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Patents and Patent Drafting.

Prior to LifeIntelect, she worked with multinational companies and law firms. She has rich experience in setting up research lab, recruitment, training and developing teams, project development/management, co-ordination and net-working with scientists/inventors/ entrepreneurs from different parts of the world.

Her specialties include entrepreneurship, IP & Technology Consulting, biomedical science, drug discovery, product development & strategic management. She is passionate about Technology, Innovation and Woman & children empowerment.
